6. managing the Laboratory of Molecular Spectroscopy, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Łódź

The Head of the Molecular Spectroscopy Laboratory is responsible for organizing, developing, and supervising the research, teaching, and service activities of the laboratory. They ensure the effective utilization of spectroscopic equipment and oversee the development of research methodologies in line with current scientific trends.

The Head of the Laboratory:

• Oversees the laboratory infrastructure, including maintenance, calibration, and modernization of equipment.
• Plans and coordinates the work of the laboratory team, including supervising technical staff, PhD students, and undergraduate students.
• Organizes the provision of research and expert services for scientific institutions and enterprises, including sample analysis.
