Please be advised that the conference fee must be paid by March 28, 2025, and the date of posting the transfer will be taken into account.
Several people from my unit are participating – what about the payment in this case?
If several people from a given unit are participating in the conference, you should either:
- Make separate transfers for each person, including the participant's first and last name in the transfer title
or
- Make a collective transfer - including the names of all people for whom the fee was paid in the transfer title
Otherwise, there may be a problem with assigning the fee to a specific application.
We ask participants to take care of this issue with the appropriate department of the unit.
How do I receive an invoice for the conference fee?
When filling out the application (registration) form, check the appropriate box indicating that you wish to receive an invoice. In the next point, you must provide the data necessary to issue an invoice
Invoice data:
- Unit name,
- Unit address,
- Unit tax identification number
or in the case of a named invoice:
- Participant's name and surname
- Participant's address

How much is the conference fee?
The conference fee is PLN 100.
